LOS ANGELES, Nov 25, 2013/ — All eyes were on Lady Gaga on November 24, 2013 during the 2013 American Music Awards held at the Nokia Theatre LA Live, where the famed singer chose to wear Versace.
The superstar, who was recently announced as the new face of the brand, showcased a suite of looks throughout the night. On the red carpet, she wore a look from Versace Spring/Summer 2014: she came out riding a “human horse” looking divine in a flowing chiffon lilac gown, accessories with a body chain with two silver medusa medallions at the front. She completed her look with lilac Versace Spring/Summer 2014 shoes.
Before taking her seat as a member of the audience, she changed into a strapless vintage Versace gown fully embodied with Swarovski crystals, with full length zippers down the front and back.
To perform, she showcased her third and final Versace look of the night: she begins in a custom-made Atelier Versace Swarovski crystal structured jacket and an Atelier Versace Swarovski crystal pleated skirt, then throughout the course of the performance removes both to reveal a custom-made Atelier Versace bodysuit fully embroidered with Swarovski crystals and silver chainmail details.
