Just in time for Fall, Kipling launched its new “Always On” handbag collection on September 17th with an interactive, pop-up experience in New York City’s Grand Central Terminal.
The “Make Happy” space was filled with a larger than life handbag sculpture, music from Harley Viera Newton and the latest styles from the Always On line. Made with the weekday working to weekend brunching woman in mind; this elevated collection remains true to Kipling’s lightweight and affordable sensibility, but places an emphasis on new design details and twists.
At the pop-up event, Kipling invited New York City commuters to take a break from their day and partake in exciting giveaways, pampering and overall Kipling fun! The activation was filled with refreshing stations including complimentary manicures with nail artists Naomi Yasuda (IG: @NaomiNailsNYC) and Nails by Mei (IG: @CiaoManhattan2012) and on-site massages.
Guests also enjoyed live performances and interactive, #KiplingAlwaysOn GIF booths, all featuring a wink and a nod to the Always On lifestyle.
The space included an Always On showroom displaying Kipling’s newest collection consisting of elevated handbags, totes, clutches and backpacks for the on-the-go woman.
The Always On Collection is priced from $69 to $169 and is now available at Kipling-USA.com, and in Kipling full-price retail stores and select Macy’s department stores nationwide.
